Birthday Parties - The Octopus all Arts Studio

Parties at The Octopus are a total blast!

YOU choose the theme, color scheme, and custom craft. WE take care of decorations, set up, and clean up.

All party guests go home with a custom canvas they painted, a specialty craft, all the creations they make during free play in the studio. DIY goodie bags!

Parties last 2 hours with approximately 90 minutes of arts and crafts and about 30 minutes at the end reserved for food and drink in the party room. Food and drink, not included, are permitted to be brought in from outside.

Birthday Party Packages

Saturday or Sunday: 10AM-12PM, 1PM-3PM, 4PM-6PM

Parties include a decorated party room, a balloon tower, tablecloths, prep, set up, clean up, and dedicated staff support.

The Boutique Party

A unique and fun party experience perfect for all ages

$40 per party guest (Minimum package: $400 / up to 10 guests)
- Full Studio Pass ($25), Custom Canvas ($5), Specialty Craft ($10)
The main studio remains open to drop-in guests during these sessions

Studio Takeover

Additional $200 flat fee: Required for large groups. This private buyout is mandatory for all parties with more than 15 guests.

Booking & Guests

The Reservation Fee: A 50% non-refundable reservation fee is required to secure your date and time. This is applied toward your final balance.
Final Guest Count: Your final guest count is due 7 days before the event.
Last-Minute Guests: Any guests added after the 7-day window or on the day of the party will be $45 per child.

Cancellations & Refunds

Because we block out our party room and turn away other families once you book, we observe the following refund schedule:

14–27 Days Before (2–4 Weeks): 50% refund of the total amount paid.
13 Days or Less: No refunds. At this stage, your custom theme and crafting materials have been ordered, staff has been scheduled, etc.
