Parties at The Octopus are a total blast!

YOU choose the theme, color scheme, and custom craft. WE take care of decorations, set up, and clean up.

All party guests go home with a custom canvas they painted, a specialty craft, and so much more!

Parties last 2 hours with 90 minutes of arts and crafts and 30 minutes reserved for food and drink in the party room. Food and drink, not included, are permitted to be brought in from outside.

The Boutique Party

Perfect for intimate groups and focused creators.

Up to 10 Guests: $400
Up to 15 Guests: $450
Details: Includes your own Private Party Room, a custom balloon tower, specialty crafts for every guest, and free studio play.
The main studio remains open to drop-in guests during these sessions.

Full Studio Takeover

Total exclusivity. We close the doors to the public; the entire Octopus Studio is yours!

Up to 15 Guests: $575
Up to 20 Guests: $625
Details: Includes everything in the Boutique package, plus the freedom of the entire studio for your guests. No outside foot traffic—just your party and our staff.
Highly recommended for groups over 15.

Booking & Guests

The Reservation Fee: A $100 non-refundable fee is required to secure your date and time. This is applied toward your final balance.
Final Guest Count: Your final guest count is due 7 days before the event.
Last-Minute Guests: Any guests added after the 7-day window or on the day of the party will be $35 per child.

Cancellations & Refunds

Because we block out our party room and turn away other families once you book, we observe the following refund schedule:

28+ Days Before (4 Weeks): Full refund of any amount paid minus the $100 non-refundable reservation fee.
14–27 Days Before (2–4 Weeks): 50% refund of the total amount paid.
13 Days or Less: No refunds. At this stage, your custom theme and crafting materials have been ordered and staff has been scheduled, etc.
